Job summary

Think Recruitment seeks an experienced Site Manager for a hands-on role at Birmingham Children's Hospital. You will lead day-to-day site supervision, manage subcontractors, ensure works progress on programme and uphold high safety standards on a live project.

The ideal candidate holds SMSTS, CSCS and FAW, has proven experience on busy sites, and can start immediately. This contract runs for minimum 4 weeks with a focus on delivering safe, efficient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • SMSTS certificate is required.
  • CSCS Card is required.
  • First Aid at Work (FAW) certification is required.
  • Strong health & safety knowledge is essential.
  • Experience managing busy live construction sites is essential.
  • Availability to start ASAP.

Site Manager - Birmingham Children's Hospital

Start: ASAP | Duration: Minimum 4 Weeks

Think Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for an immediate start on a project at Birmingham Children's Hospital.

This role is heavily focused on day-to-day site supervision, ensuring trades are working safely, efficiently and to programme. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to be hands‑on, maintain high standards and keep a close eye on all site activities.
