Job summary

Trevett Project Services in Manchester is seeking 3 experienced Site Supervisors to oversee live hospital projects. You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, monitor safety, quality and programme delivery.

These roles are a minimum 6‑month contract with immediate start and £300 per day. Ideal candidates have a mechanical or electrical background, strong HSE knowledge and excellent stakeholder management within healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
• Mechanical or Electrical background.
• Experience in live hospital/healthcare environments.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and permit-to-work.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• CSCS Card holder.
• First Aid at Work (desirable).

We are recruiting for 3 experienced Site Supervisors to join a leading national Facilities Management provider, delivering projects within a live healthcare environment in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of works within a live hospital environment.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation.
• Monitor project progress, quality and programme delivery.
• Liaise with the client, hospital stakeholders and operational teams to minimise disruption.
• Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain site records.
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and hospital protocols.
• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Site Supervisor or Site Manager position.
• Mechanical or Electrical background is essential.
• Previous experience working within a live hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of health & safety legislation and permit-to-work systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• First Aid at Work (desirable).
