Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Site Manager to lead civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will manage day-to-day site delivery, lead engineers and foremen, and ensure works meet safety, quality, and client requirements.

The role offers a competitive package including basic salary £55,000-£65,000, discretionary bonuses (OTE £2,000-£5,000), progression, company car, and fuel card, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in Civil Engineering.
• Water or Civil engineering background.
• UK Driving license required.
• CSCS Card required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of civil engineering projects
• Leading and managing site teams, including Engineers, Sub Agents and Foremen
• Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in accordance with company and client requirements
• Managing and implementing RAMS, ITPs, Project Plans and construction programmes
