Job summary

KDK Recruitment Limited is seeking a Site Manager for a groundworks project in Stowmarket (IP14). The role runs for about 25 weeks, with hours 8:00am-4:00pm, starting Monday 26th October 2026. Site management and safety compliance are essential.

Experience in groundworks, SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work is required. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor the programme, and maintain RAMS throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on groundworks packages.
• SMSTS (or equivalent) and a valid CSCS card
• First Aid at Work
• Good knowledge of health and safety on site, RAMS and running a site day to day
• Able to manage subcontractors and labour, and keep the programme on track
• Available to start Monday 26th October
