Freelance Site Manager –Traditional build
Location:Stevenage

Contract Type: Freelance (Ongoing Project)

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Site Manager to join our growing team on a freelance basis for residential house-building projects near Stevenage.

As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. This is an ongoing project-based role, perfect for a motivated self-starter with a strong background inTraditional build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients

• Ensure health & safety compliance

• Maintain site records and reporting

• Deliver quality homes on schedule and to spec

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing residential construction sites

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification (preferred)

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

• Must be able to travel to site near Stevenage
