Job summary

Tradeline Recruitment seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead an upcoming industrial refurbishment scheme in Basingstoke. You will be the on-site lead, directing daily operations and ensuring safety and quality on a live site.

The role requires hands-on management of trade teams, proactive problem solving, and a focus on maintaining programme and budget within a standards-driven industrial environment. SMSTS, CSCS Black/Gold and First Aid are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Proven history delivering industrial refurbs or heavy commercial fit-outs up to £3m.
• Mandatory certifications: SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid at Work.
• Experience managing live industrial environments and coordinating subcontractors.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven history of successfully delivering industrial refurbs or heavy commercial fit-outs up to £3m.
• Certifications (Mandatory):
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
  • First Aid at Work
• Exceptional team management abilities, with a track record of keeping subcontractors accountable and informed.
• Prior experience dealing with live industrial environments or complex site access is strongly preferred.
