Job summary

Coinford Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take day-to-day responsibility for groundwork and RC frame projects in Sittingbourne, Kent. You will oversee the site team, drive programme delivery and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality on site.

Key requirements include SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and proven site management experience. The role offers ongoing opportunities to progress and work on demanding construction schemes with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• CITB 5-Day SMSTS required
• First Aid at Work Certification required
• Proven site management experience on groundwork and/or RC frame projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the site including foremen, engineers, plant and labour
• Ensuring all risk assessment briefings and toolbox talks are carried out
• Driving programme delivery – coordinating resources, plant and materials to meet targets
• Maintaining client relationships and representing Coinford professionally on site
• Ensuring the highest standards of H&S and quality are maintained at all times
• Managing sub-contractors and ensuring their performance meets programme requirements
• Producing and maintaining accurate site records and progress reports
• Completion of IT induction and training programme within the first 1–3 months
