Job summary

Knights Brown Construction Limited in the UK is seeking a Site Manager based in Dover to lead a civil engineering package on a live scheme. You will manage a site team, plan works, drive delivery and uphold safety standards across the project.

The role requires proven leadership on civil projects, a CSCS card, SMSTS, and Temporary Works coordination. You will coordinate resources, programming, and subcontractor activities to achieve target milestones.

• Experience of working on and managing civil engineering projects
• Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams
• CSCS card relevant to role
• SMSTS
• Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project
• Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator
• Crane Appointed Person HSG47 Underground Services Programming and planning experience
• Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce
• First Aid
