North Yorkshire Council is looking for a proactive Site Manager to join their Housing Standards team. This role will oversee the operational delivery of construction services while ensuring compliance with regulations. With a focus on social housing best practices, the Site Manager will lead a team toward high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

The role:
We are seeking a proactive and pragmaticSite Managerto join our Housing Standards team during a pivotal period of transformation. This newly created role is essential to ensuring our housing assets meet allstatutory and regulatory requirements, both now and in the future.
Internally this role is known as Housing Standards Team Leader.

·IOSH Certification
