What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the housing site
• Managing all trades and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely and high-quality build
• Liaising with the NHBC, ensuring compliance and inspections are completed to standard
• Reporting progress to senior management and addressing any issues proactively
• Driving the site forward from groundworks to final handover

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as aSite Manageron new build housing developments
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card) and First Aid qualifications
• Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and health & safety regulations
