As the Site Manager, you will oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across the site, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This is a client-facing role, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
We are looking for an approachable, proactive professional who can inspire and motivate a small team of engineers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and be confident in supporting where needed, while ensuring smooth operations.
