Our client require a Site Manager for our new Luxury Residential Development in the heart of Bondi Junction. Looking for a Senior Site Manager to work with our onsite construction team.

Duties Will Include

• Establish a detailed programme, and schedule works and manage contractors and staff
• Manage site operations, ensure safety standards are maintained and site is clean and presentable.
• Organise, review and ensure all site documentation (inductions, SWMS, purchase orders, supplier invoice processing, plans and drawings) is up to date.
• Lead weekly Toolbox talks with construction team.
• Respond to site specific RFIs.
• Provide a weekly report to project managers.
• Supervising and instructing labourers where required on site.
• Work hours are Monday to Saturday.
  
  

The successful candidate in this role will require the following:

• Degree/Diploma in building/construction, or other recognized tertiary or trade qualification in a construction related field.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
• Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment.
• Proven high level of professionalism, maturity and candour in daily work ethic.
• Ability to apply principles of logical thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
