Contract PAYE/Umbrella/CIS

Pay: £300 - £350 per day PAYE, £250 per day Umbrella

We are seeking a Site Manager for a project in Plymouth.

This project is expected to last approximately 20 weeks. Due to the high profile of our client, the pay rate is negotiable based on experience. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver high standards of work efficiently while managing multiple trades.

The ideal candidate will have:

• SMSTS and CSCS certifications
• Health and Safety qualifications
• Experience with full cycle project management
• Experience working with steel frame structures
• Experience with Tier 1 contractors
• Experience managing multiple trades
