Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Holsworthy

Thorn Baker has teamed up with the UK's leading provider of mixed tenure affordable homes. With a reputation for innovation and excellence in the delivery of high-quality housing development and regeneration projects, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join their dynamic Partnership team in Holsworthy.

What's in it for you?
  • Base rate GBP23.58 per hour + holiday
  • Start ASAP, 1-week contract
Required Skills:
  • Black CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid required
  • NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent qualification
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of house building and NHBC standards
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Full UK Driving License
Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee management of overall project delivery from inception to practical completion
  • Liaise with both internal staff and external subcontractors to ensure a smooth process
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all staff and visitors
  • Identify and rectify concerns with processes, methods, or data and contribute to the development of company-wide solutions, keeping customer needs in mind
  • Proactively check all facilities during works for damage and ensure any issues are corrected immediately
