JOB TITLE: SITE MANAGER

LOCATION: TRURO, TR1

We are currently recruiting a experienced Site Manager for construction projects.

Key Duties:

1. Review project timings, labour, materials, plant, and plans regularly to ensure adherence to schedule.
2. Visit sites to identify defects and resource requirements.
3. Maintain communication with subcontractors to ensure compliance with the project programme.
4. Conduct toolbox talks and assist with site setup.
5. Lead health & safety initiatives on site.
6. Collaborate closely with site and project managers, whether direct or subcontracted.
7. Manage quality assurance and logistics.

Essential Experience and Qualifications:

• SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification.

Compensation:

• CIS pay scheme
• Pay Rate: £25 per hour
• Weekly pay on Fridays

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
