• Proven experience as a Site Manager on similar projects.
• Experience working on commercial projects valued £800K - £2m.
• Good working references required.

Responsibilities

• Manage refurbishment project at Canary Wharf.
• Conduct strip out, refurb, and fit out as per project scope.
• Interview with client required.

Job description

Our client is a reputable construction company who are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a project based in Canary Wharf.

This project is 13 weeks in duration and due to start on 23/06/25.

Project value is approx.£1m.

The role requires a full Cat B Office Refurbishment.Main scope of work will consist of strip out, refurb and fit out.

Criteria:

• Valid Black CSCS Card
• Valid SMSTS and First Aid qualification
• Proven experience as a Site Manager on a similar project
• Ideally experience working on projects in the value of £800K - £2m.
• Experience working on commercial projects
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Working references - essential
• Will be required to interview with the client
