Job summary

Sphere Solutions are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to work on an Oxford commercial construction project. You will oversee site operations, programme, quality and health & safety, with responsibility for subcontractors.

The successful candidate will have a strong main contractor background, CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid, and a proven ability to drive progress on site with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous Site Manager experience within construction.
• Main contractor experience preferred.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Strong understanding of RAMS, health & safety and site documentation.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
