Job summary

ITS Group in the South West is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing site in Okehampton, Devon. You will manage on-site construction activities, coordinate finishing works, and ensure quality and programme targets are met with the existing site team.

Candidates must have prior experience delivering residential projects, the ability to supervise subcontractors, and hold SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience managing residential projects on new build housing sites.
• Ability to oversee sub-contractors and coordinate finishing works.
• SMSTS/First Aid/CSCS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities and ensure finishing works are completed to programme.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades to meet quality standards.
• Support the existing site team to complete remaining plots within the estimated 4–8 week window.

On behalf of our flagship client, we are looking for an experienced site manager to work on a new build housing site in Okehampton

Must have previous experience of managing residential projects and the ability to oversee sub-contractors. This role is to support existing site team to get the remaining plots over the line with associated finishing works

Estimated timeframe is 4 to 8 weeks but this may be extended
