Job summary

Tec-Source is seeking an experienced Structural Steel Site Manager for a Norwich-based project. The initial contract is around 8 weeks with potential for more work.

You will oversee the hot rolled steel package, coordinate site activities, and manage subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence. The role requires proven experience in hot rolled structural steel projects, SMSTS, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent), and a Temporary Works Supervisor

Qualifications

• Experience managing hot rolled structural steel projects.
• SMSTS certification required.
• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent) required.
• Temporary Works Supervisor qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of a hot rolled structural steel package.
• Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure safety, on-time delivery and high standards.
• Liaise with the project team and attend site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

Tec-Source is recruiting for an experienced Structural Steel Site Manager for a project based in Norwich.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor specialising in structural steel. The initial contract is expected to run for approximately 8 weeks, with the potential for further work.

The Role
