Job summary

Tec-Source Ltd. is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a Nottingham project. Location: Nottingham. Start date: Monday 10th August 2026. Duration: approximately 10–12 weeks. Rate: negotiable. Experience in light gauge steel framing (LGSF) or similar is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have proven site management experience, strong leadership and a solid understanding of health & safety and site procedures. Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Experience managing light gauge steel framing (LGSF) or similar projects (preferred).
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of health and safety and site management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations in Nottingham.
• Coordinate subcontractors and materials to maintain progress.
• Enforce health and safety policies and site procedures.
• Report progress and issues to the client and project team.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on construction projects
