Job summary

Optio Resourcing are seeking a Site Manager with a current TWC or TWS ticket to carry out temporary works checks on a live ALDI project in Newton Stewart.

You’ll attend site once a week to inspect and sign off the temporary works on the site set up, review the setup against the temporary works register, and raise any issues with the site team and record your findings.

Qualifications

• A valid Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) certificate required.
• SMSTS and CSCS cards are mandatory.
• Site management experience in retail or commercial construction preferred.
• Must be able to travel to Newton Stewart on stated dates.

Responsibilities

The role

You’ll attend site once a week to inspect and sign off the temporary works on the site set up. You’ll review the setup against the temporary works register, which is held on site. You’ll also raise any issues with the site team and record your findings.

Dates

The first visit is Thursday or Friday this week. After that it's one visit a week for the following two weeks, so three days in total.

Requirements

• A valid Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) or Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS) certificate
• SMSTS and CSCS
• Site management experience, ideally in retail or commercial construction
• Able to get to Newton Stewart on the dates above
