Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a Site Manager to oversee new build industrial and commercial projects along the M62 corridor. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with UK HSE regulations.

The role requires proven site management on RC frame or civil projects, CSCS, SMSTS, and a trade background is advantageous. DBS is desirable; you will work with blue chip clients in the industrial sector.

Qualifications

• Experience leading site teams on new build industrial or commercial projects.
• Experience enforcing safety and QA on construction sites.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Run client meetings and progress reports.
• Manage subcontractors and site crews to programme deadlines.
• Ensure on-site compliance with UK HSE regulations and standards.

Industrial new build

M62 corridor

We are working with an International construction company who are looking for a Site Manager to oversee new build industrial sites and commercial projects across the M62 corridor, they work with blue chip clients within the industrial, manufacturing, aerospace and commercial sector.

The company are looking for someone who is open to working on projects across the M62 corridor on a variety of new build multi million developments.

Previous experience of working on New build commercial construction projects, RC frame or civil engineering projects would be essential.
