Job summary

Build Search is recruiting a Site Manager to take ownership of external packages on a major building project, including SFS, windows and façade interfaces, before progressing into the management of internal trades. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage the programme and daily site activities, ensuring work is delivered safely and to the required quality.

As the project moves inside, you’ll oversee trade sequencing and drive progress to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience managing building packages for a main contractor.
• Ability to own a section of the project and drive progress.
• Experience with external packages such as SFS, windows and façade interfaces.
• Experience coordinating trades and managing the programme on-site.

Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance or Car + Benefits (Max Salary)

We’re looking for a Site Manager to take ownership of external packages on a major building project, including SFS, windows and façade interfaces, before progressing into the management of internal trades.

You’ll coordinate subcontractors, manage the programme and daily site activities, and ensure work is delivered safely and to the required quality. As the project moves inside, you’ll oversee trade sequencing, resolve interface issues and drive progress through to completion.

You’ll need experience managing building packages for a main contractor and the confidence to take ownership of your section of the project.
