£65,000 + Package

A long-standing high-end residential contractor is about to break ground on a £3m refurbishment of a beautiful private home in Chiswick and they’re on the lookout for a Site Manager to take full control of delivery from day one.

This is a full internal transformation with strip-out, minor structural alterations, internal reconfiguration, and a complete bespoke fit out. The kind of job where quality, detail, and smooth coordination really count.

The Role:

• Manage all day-to-day site activities on a high-spec single dwelling refurb
• Lead subcontractors, maintain programme, and ensure top-level finish standards
• Liaise with architects, designers, and the client team throughout the project
• Oversee health & safety, quality control, and site presentation

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years as a Site Manager in the High-End Residential space
• Experience managing full internal refurbishments and minor structural works
• Confident communicator who can run a clean, well-organised site
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
