Ellison Boulters CE Primary School in Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Site Manager to keep our school safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for children, staff and visitors. This hands-on role covers maintenance, repairs, cleaning standards and site security.
We value a proactive, team-oriented approach, practical skills, and safeguarding. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive learning environment and support lettings while ensuring the premises remain compliant and inviting.
Hours: 34.5 hoursper week, 43 weeks per year
Mornings: Mondayto Friday; 7.00am - 10.30am
Afternoons:Monday to Thursday; 3.00pm - 6.30pm
and Friday 3.00pm - 6.00pm (hours outside of this on occasion for schoolevents such as parents evening, performances and Fairs)
