Overview

An exciting opportunity at Rowley Hall Primary School, part of The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust, for an Assistant Site Manager. Rowley Hall is a three-form entry school within a multi-academy trust that serves approximately 10,000 children and values a collaborative community with strong partnership with parents and the local community.

The role involves providing effective assistant site management support to the school, under the direction of the Site Manager. Duties include ensuring the security, general appearance and surrounding areas meet the required standard, with a positive and proactive approach to this key role.

Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the Site Manager, contribute to the management of the school premises and grounds to meet required standards.
  • Improve, maintain and clean the school buildings and grounds.
  • Repair and maintain the school premises and grounds.
  • Ensure compliance of the school premises through regular routine and scheduled maintenance of the Site.
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety.
  • Be dedicated and hardworking.
  • Be a team player who is friendly and professional, relating well to staff and pupils.
  • Be responsible, flexible and reliable.
  • The ability to work flexible hours.

Hours: 25 hours per week (shift pattern to be confirmed with the successful applicant).

Grade: Grade C, SCP 5 to 8, £25,584 - £26,824 full-time per annum (pro-rata salary applies).
