Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a water treatment project in Oxted. You will lead on-site construction teams, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule for a major capital works programme.

Responsibilities include enforcing HSE standards, coordinating with PMs, construction teams and subcontractors, and driving constructability improvements while minimising waste and embodied carbon. On-site, long-term contract opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sites in fast-paced water/wastewater environments (tier 1 contractor exposure).
• HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• CSCS Card (Black minimum) required.
• Desirable: TWC and/or Lifting Appointed Person status.

Are you an experienced Site Manager with the ability to make a difference in the water/wastewater sector? Join us in Oxted on a major capital delivery WWTW project for southern Water!

About the Role:

As a key player in our team, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our delivery capabilities for the remainder of the AMP8 funding cycle. Working within our framework portfolio on behalf of Thames Water, you'll oversee a non-infrastructure project valued at up to £50 million. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful on-site delivery of water treatment projects.
