Job summary

Invision Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for nationwide projects, including NHS/Healthcare schemes. You will shadow a PM initially and then lead your own project, often near home before moving to more distant sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, managing programmes, ensuring health & safety and QA, and maintaining site records. Willingness to travel and lodge nationwide is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven Site Management experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
• Strong subcontractor management skills.
• Good understanding of programmes and sequencing.
• Healthcare/refurbishment experience advantageous.
• Happy to travel and lodge nationwide.

SITE MANAGER - NATIONWIDE | UP TO £50K + DIGS + FOOD ALLOWANCE

I'm currently recruiting for an established construction and civil engineering contractor delivering building, refurbishment and specialist healthcare projects across the UK.

They are looking for an experienced Site Manager who is open to nationwide travel and lodging. You will initially work close to home on a project to shadow a PM and then move on to managing your own project which will be a NHS/Healthcare project.

The role:

• Site management of construction/refurbishment projects
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Programme, sequencing and daily site operations
• Health & Safety and quality management
• Client, consultant and Project Manager liaison
• Reviewing drawings and construction information
• Maintaining site records and progress reports
