Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to manage night works on a live project in Leeds. This role involves overseeing site activities during night shifts, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and effectively communicating with both subcontractors and the day team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Site Manager with valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates. This position offers a competitive night rate and ongoing contract potential.

We are currently supporting a well‑established main contractor in their search for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee night works on a live project in Leeds.

This role is ideal for someone confident managing site operations out of hours, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme.

The Role

As Night Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for site activities during night shifts, maintaining productivity while ensuring minimal disruption and strict adherence to health & safety standards.

You will be the key point of contact on site during these hours.
