Buildspace Group is recruiting for a Night Manager to oversee overnight refurbishment works at multiple retail sites in Bedfordshire. The role involves managing night-shift refurbishment, ceiling replacements, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring stores are ready for trading after each shift.

Candidates should have prior site management or night supervisor experience, retail fit-out exposure, and strong health & safety awareness. Travel between locations is required.

• Experience as Site Manager, Night Manager, or Site Supervisor.
• Retail fit-out / refurbishment experience.
• Experience in live operational environments.
• Strong subcontractor management experience.
• CSCS card is required.

NIGHT MANAGER RETAIL REFURBISHMENT

Location: Bedfordshire travel to retail sites

Contract Length: 7 weeks

Start Date: 4th October 2026

End Date: 19th November 2026

Rate: £300£325 per night

Working Pattern: Sunday to Thursday approximately 56 night shifts per week

Hours: Approximately 10:00pm5:00am

The Opportunity

The project will primarily involve ceiling replacement, requiring a confident site professional capable of managing subcontractors, coordinating trades and ensuring the store is ready for trading following each shift.
