Role: Site Manager - Construction
Location: Lancaster
Length: Circa 20 Weeks

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a background in student accommodation projects. The successful candidate will oversee trades and sub-contractors, ensuring work is completed on time and to high standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise health and safety on site
2. Complete snagging reports
3. Liaise with sub-contractors
4. Supervise on-site labor
5. Coordinate delivery of materials
6. Attend site meetings

Requirements:

• Experience as a site manager, particularly in student accommodation projects
• Experience working with main contractors
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Leadership experience in managing teams
• Certifications: CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS or SSSTS
