Job summary

MTR Partnership is seeking a Site Manager to join our growing regional contracting team. The role involves daily travel to sites across the Greater Manchester and Lancashire regions, working on a variety of education, healthcare and commercial schemes.

The ideal candidate holds SMSTS, CSCS Card and First Aid certifications and has proven experience managing main contractor projects in similar sectors. A competitive package is on offer for the right candidate.

• Oversee site operations for multiple projects, ensuring quality, safety and schedule adherence.

The Company:

I'm working with a well-established, cash rich, regional contractor who have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team.

They work for a varied client base which are almost exclusively based in the North West of England.

They are privately owned, profitable and are active in several market sectors including; education, healthcare, leisure and commercial.

The Role:

Due to a healthy pipeline of work set for the rest of 2026 and beyond, they are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager.

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have worked as a Site Manager for a main contractor on similar schemes to those mentioned above.

You will need to be based in or able to travel to the Greater Manchester and Lancashire regions on a daily basis.

You will hold valid certifications i.e. SMSTS, CSCS Card & First Aid.
