Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a residential housing groundworks project in the North West. You will oversee day-to-day on-site operations, ensuring safety, programme and quality across roads, sewers, drainage, foundations and external works.

The role requires SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, strong leadership and communication, and a full UK driving licence. The successful candidate will join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across the North

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within groundworks or civil engineering.
• Strong background delivering infrastructure packages on residential housing developments.
• Good knowledge of roads, drainage, foundations and external works.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Site Manager - Groundworks | Residential Housing

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established groundworks contractor for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team in the North West area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a business that has a strong pipeline of residential housing developments across the North West, delivering roads, sewers, drainage, foundations and infrastructure packages for some of the UK's leading housebuilders.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of groundworks operations on a busy residential housing development, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standard.
