Position: Site Manager

Location: Kettering

Salary: up to £34,000

Schedule: Full-time with shifts, including evenings and weekends

Role Overview:

Lead operations of a dynamic health/fitness club and sports complex with facilities including badminton and squash courts, a gym, pool, and wellness amenities. Manage daily operations, large-scale events, staff, and business development to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

1. Operations: Oversee daily facility management, event logistics, safety, and compliance.
2. Financials: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through memberships and events.
3. Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional team.
4. Customer Service: Ensure top-tier service and engagement through programs and feedback.
5. Marketing: Develop campaigns, manage digital presence, and build community relationships.
6. Facilities: Maintain all equipment and spaces; coordinate maintenance and vendors.

The ideal Site Manager:
