Job summary

RTL Group Ltd, a national civil engineering contractor, is looking for a Site Manager to deliver rail and infrastructure packages across Essex and Suffolk. You will oversee multiple gangs, manage RAMS, order materials and liaise with clients to keep projects on track.

Travel between sites is required. Ideal candidates will hold Black or Gold CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS, and ideally a PTS, with previous rail scheme experience.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating site teams and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of RAMS and safety practices.
• Ability to manage multiple rail/infra packages.
• Willingness to travel between Essex and Suffolk sites.

Site Manager Requirements:

• Black or Gold CSCS.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• PTS (Ideally)
• Previous experience managing rail schemes.
• Willing to travel between sites located in Essex & Suffolk.
