Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Disrepair Site Manager to oversee disrepair works across occupied social housing properties. You will manage site operations, ensure works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate subcontractors, operatives and suppliers, monitor programmes, and conduct site inspections. Strong communication with residents and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing disrepair or planned works within social housing.
• Strong knowledge of building construction and repairs.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications held.
