Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a London-based Site Manager to take ownership of multiple mechanical building services projects, coordinating 4-5 subcontractors per scheme and ensuring on-time delivery. You will work closely with two directors and have significant autonomy in a fast-growing contractor.

The role targets individuals with hands-on site experience in office fit-outs, CSCS, and strong client-facing skills, with SMSTS/SSSTS preferred.

Site Manager

London site based (Commutable from: Central London, Watford, Slough, Croydon, Ilford, Romford, Dartford, Hounslow)

Are you a Site Manager, Project Manager or Mechanical Supervisor looking for a role where you can take real ownership of projects, work directly with two Directors, and grow with a business that is expanding fast?

On offer is a key position in a small but growing Mechanical Building Services contractor, where you will be trusted to run multiple projects across London and have a genuine path to progress as the company scales.

This business delivers mechanical building services on office fit-out projects , typically £50k-£1m. Following continued growth, they are now looking for their first operational hire to help drive delivery and support further expansion.

In this role you will manage subcontractors on site, coordinate materials, attend meetings, and produce weekly progress reports, typically overseeing 3-4 projects at any one time.

This role would suit a hands-on Site Manager / Project Manager from a building services background, looking for more responsibility, direct exposure to decision makers, and long-term progression.

The Role

• Running multiple Mechanical Building Services projects across London (office fit-outs)
