Job summary

Caval Site Manager role in London oversees snagging and repair works on Boots pharmacy stores across the city. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safety compliance, and manage day-to-day operations in line with project plans and company standards.

Candidates must have a CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid, and a background as a joiner on construction projects. You will need to bring your own van or large car and be available from 28/09/26 for two weeks with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Prepared to help out on the tools as and when required
• Issue RAMS, toolbox talks and inductions
• Liaising with internal sub-contractors
• Prepare reports for management regarding project status and performance.
• Direct and manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, following project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
• Implement and enforce all aspects of site safety & conduct regular safety inspections
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring that all work meets or exceeds company standards
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any changes to the original project plan.
• Interact with clients as needed, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Efficiently allocate resources, including site teams and materials
• Complete and record all site / project documentation

Location: London

Rate: £280.00 to £300.00 per day (Parking is Covered)

Start Date: 28/09/26 for 2 weeks (potentially longer for the right candidate)

Role Overview: Working Foreman completing snagging and repair works on Boots pharmacy stores around London.
