Options Resourcing are working with a regional commercial contractor to recruit a Site Manager to join an important roofing project in Waddesdon.
The successful Site Manager will have demonstrable roofing experience so as to be able to order specific and technical parts and tools to complete the project. Along with this, completing daily progress reports and identifying potential issues with the guttering and roof drainage and the initiative and knowledge to resolve those issues.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for:

1. Ability to order materials
2. The day-to-day management of site
3. Maintaining the program of works
4. Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality standards
5. Day-to-day reporting and planning

Requirements:

1. Roofing experience
2. SMSTS
3. 1st Aid Qualification
4. CSCS Card
5. Site Audit pro and Excel proficiency
