Job summary

Site Manager role based in Glasgow for a leading commercial fit-out contractor. You will oversee on-site delivery, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety, programme, and quality, and liaise with the Project Manager and clients.

The ideal candidate has proven site management experience in commercial fit-out, SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, with strong communication and organisational skills. A permanent opportunity with a competitive salary and car allowance.

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Car Allowance

We’re working with an established commercial fit-out contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

This is a Glasgow-based opportunity, with projects operating across the Central Belt of Scotland, offering the chance to work on a varied portfolio of high-quality commercial fit-out projects.

The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects on site, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and site teams, managing day-to-day site activities and working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of commercial fit-out projects
