Site Manager - Benefits

Salary: £45k - £55k (DOE)

Site Manager - Role Overview

Overseeing and managing roofing and cladding projects from start to completion
Coordinating with subcontractors, Tier 1 contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Maintaining strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
Managing materials, schedules, and workforce on site
Resolving on-site challenges and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders
Conducting site inspections and progress reports for senior management

Site Manager - Requirements

Proven experience in roofing and cladding projects
Strong understanding of construction processes and project management
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Familiarity with health & safety regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with subcontractors
Based near Glasgow and willing to cover projects across the Central Belt region
Full UK driving licence
