Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor for a Ground Mount Solar project in Exeter. The role involves supervising on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety and quality on a ground-mounted solar farm.

You will read drawings, run toolbox talks, prepare daily/weekly reports, and manage risks and delays while maintaining strong communication with clients and Project Managers.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years' experience in site supervision or site management.
• Ground Mount Solar Farm experience essential.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site activities.
• IOSH/NEBOSH desirable; SMSTS essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ground mount solar site and coordinate daily activities.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Carry out site inspections, quality checks and snagging.
• Deliver toolbox talks and site briefings.
• Produce daily and weekly progress reports.
• Identify and manage site risks, delays and issues.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers and Project Managers.

Essential Skillset:

• 3-5+ years' experience in site supervision or site management
