GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor for our Hams Hall depot, working with Sainsburys to lead on‑site safety performance. This full‑time role anchors a proactive safety culture and provides visible leadership within operations.
The position offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for business needs. The role requires NEBOSH / NVQ L3 and experience guiding senior teams, along with strong auditing and incident investigation capabilities.

This is afull time, permanent positionwith contracted hours of 40 per week.Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30– with flexibility required for business needs.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to£39,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.
Promoting and driving a culture of safety engagement in line with the Road to Zero philosophy and improving performance through the implementation of relevant management systems current standards and legislation; maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment by the identification and control of risks, leading to the prevention of accidents and causes of work‑related ill health.
