What We Expect:
As our Fit-Out Site Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our interior transformations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing all on-site activities for fit-out projects, ensuring smooth progress, adherence to specifications, and timely completion.
* Directly managing specialist subcontractors (e.g., joinery, electrical, mechanical, finishes), ensuring seamless coordination and quality workmanship.
* Implementing and enforcing stringent health and safety procedures specific to interior environments.
* Maintaining detailed site records, including progress updates, snag lists, and quality control documentation.
* Proactively identifying and resolving any design or coordination challenges to maintain project momentum.
* Liaising closely with designers, architects, and clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with their aesthetic and functional requirements.
* Ensuring all finishes and installations meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
* Managing the efficient flow of materials and resources within often constrained interior spaces.
