An established industry player is seeking an experienced MEICA Site Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects in the clean and wastewater sector. GRS are working on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor specialising in clean and wastewater infrastructure projects across the South East. We are seeking an experienced MEICA Site Manager to oversee project execution, drive performance on-site, and support project delivery to strict timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of MEICA works on active sites
Ensure health & safety compliance and adherence to CDM regulations
Monitor project progress, budgets, and risk management
Liaise with internal project teams, clients, and specialist subcontractors
Prepare progress and status reports for Contracts Manager
Coordinate MEICA activities in line with program milestones
Requirements:
Proven background in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation (MEICA) projects
Strong understanding of water sector infrastructure (clean/wastewater)
Experience with subcontractor coordination and performance oversight
Relevant certifications (SMSTS, CSCS)
Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
