The Role:

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaising with clients, project managers, and consultants
• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior management
• Ensuring quality control throughout the build

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing retail fit-out or fast-track commercial projects
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to drive programme and manage multiple trades
• A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
