Job summary

RTL Group Ltd is seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager for a major 132kV substation project near Dunfermline, Scotland. Start ASAP with duration until March 2027; rate is DOE.

The ideal candidate will have proven site leadership, Scottish Power HV substation experience, and a strong civil engineering background, including 132kV cable installation and RAMS/QA expertise.

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager.
• Extensive Scottish Power HV substation experience.
• Strong civil engineering background.
• 132kV cable installation experience - essential.
• SMSTS & First Aid.
• Experience with RAMS, programmes, ITPs and QA.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
