Job summary

NRL site is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations on substation projects in the North of Scotland. Based at Dounreay, the role follows an 11 days on, 3 off pattern and focuses on safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The successful candidate will manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, maintain documentation, and liaise with project teams to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• SPEN authorisations for substation work.
• SMSTS certification.
• Proven experience managing substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders professionally.
