Qualifications

• CDM 2015 duties and site management responsibilities.
• Deliver toolbox talks weekly.
• Carry out on-site inductions.
• Review RAMS and identify deviations.
• Knowledge of permit-to-work system.
• Understand contractor control and monitoring requirements.
• Carry out site inspections and intervene if unsafe acts or conditions observed.
• Know emergency arrangements and site hazards.
• Good communication between operations and contractor.

Responsibilities

• Manage a site in Cowes on a temp basis (10 weeks).
• Ensure safety and compliance with CDM 2015 requirements.
• Coordinate with client and contractors to deliver ongoing maintenance work.
