Job summary

Anderselite is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a contract role in Castleford, overseeing refurbishment works on an existing facility. The position requires weekend and occasional weekday cover, with umbrella PAYE arrangements and a shift-based rate.

The ideal candidate will manage enabling works, roofing, civils, and services installation, lead the site team, and ensure safety and progress across the 21-week current phase with potential future phases.

Summary

We are looking for a flexible and experienced Site Manager to support a long-term project based on an existing facility. The role involves weekend working and occasional weekday or holiday cover, making it ideal for a semi-retired professional seeking a part-time commitment. The project includes removal and installation of all services, roofing, enabling works, and some civil engineering tasks. The current phase is 21 weeks in duration, with approximately two years of further phases anticipated. The successful candidate must be adaptable and willing to provide support as required, working under PAYE Umbrella arrangements only. The rate offered is between £260 and £340 per shift.
